José Luis Estrada was the guest at the First Meeting of the Propeller Club of Algeciras.
Dr. Estrada, who had been General Manager of the Algeciras Bay Port Authority between 1991 and 1997, made a speech about the evolution of the Port of Algeciras these last years, remarking that “the time has come to rail for the Port of Algeciras Bay to become a logistics hub, besides a transhipment hub”.
